How much does it cost?
Every property is different. Access, glazing type, frequency and the combination of services all affect the right approach. We provide a tailored quote so you get a fair recommendation - not a generic figure.
Are you insured?
Yes. £10m public liability cover, employer's liability and accidental-damage cover. Certificates available before any first visit.
Do you offer regular maintenance plans?
Yes. Most homeowners move to a regular schedule after the first visit. Plans can be monthly, six-weekly or seasonal, and can bundle window cleaning with gutter, soft washing or fascia work.
Do I need to be home?
No. For external cleans, we work from the outside - a side gate or buzzer is usually all we need. Confirmed visit windows and tracking on the day, so you're never waiting.
Can you handle period and listed property?
Yes. Sash windows, painted reveals, leadwork and conservation-area detail are some of our most common work. Our teams are trained on careful handling of original timber and historic glazing.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain doesn't affect the pure-water method - the water on your windows is purer than the rain that's falling. We only reschedule for heavy weather that makes safe working impossible.
